I'm a tender by nature. In most of my relationships— personal and professional — I'm the one who shows up, pays attention, anticipates what's needed, and gives freely. For a long time, I did all of that without receiving much of it in return. I learned that it wasn't because the people around me didn't care. It was simply that it's not a role many people know how to play.
I know what it feels like to hold everything together while running on empty without anyone knowing it. To be the steady one, the resourceful one, the one everyone turns to — and to do it well, even when no one is tending to you.

Illume Advisory Group was born from that knowing. Four years ago I started this practice, and over time it has evolved into something I now consider my greatest gift to people like me. This work brings together everything I am — the nurturer, the mother-energy, the domestic, the detail-oriented — alongside the analyst, the systems thinker, the intuitive, the herbalist. Different depths, same instinct.
This new phase of Illume Advisory is much more than just a service. It's an offering — built by someone who has lived the weight of it, for the people who are still carrying it.

My connection to plants is ever-present. As a trained Clinical and Spiritual Herbalist, I know that herbal medicine is powerful, and must be revered. Herbs are a part of my daily life. In addition to practicing herbalism, I'm also a mentor and teacher of the craft.
